Dance Party Hire offers delivery & pick up on all hires in the North West NSW District. The fee varies on the hire location & amount of equipment that is hired, delivery & pick up timing is also subject to availability.
Our fee structure:
$0.50 per 1 km driven from Narrabri
- All clients who spend over $150 (excluding traveling & overtime fees) within 20km of Narrabri recieve free delivery & pick up.
- All clients who spend over $300 (excluding traveling & overtime fees) within 45km of Narrabri recieve free delivery & pick up.
- All clients who spend over $500 (excluding traveling & overtime fees) within 90km of Narrabri recieve free delivery & pick up.
If set up & pack up is required it’s an additional $40 at our preferred time ($80 at the clients preferred time)
We deliver all items in a neat pile at ground level in one location. Extra charges may apply if:
- You wish for your hire to be taken beyond ground level of a building
- Your event space is more than 20m from where our vehicle can pull up (e.g in a shopping centre which is 100m away from the loading dock, or a park picnic area that is far away from where we can enter)
- If your hire needs to pass through stairs, elevators, escalators or a steep decent.
The client must be present at the agreed delivery time, any outstanding payments is required before any delivery’s are unloaded or set up, if the client isn’t present at the agreed delivery time, Dance Party Hire will contact the client & will wait 20 minutes from the point of contact, if the client isn’t present after 20 minutes Dance Party Hire will cancel the booking & all deposit won’t be refunded. The client must give 24 hour’s notice of any changes to their hire, Dance Party Hire may not be able to commit to any time/date changes due to other clients that maybe booked on the same day.
