Do we have Public Liability Insurance?

Professional & Reliable Sound, Lighting, Projectors, Tables, Chairs, Wedding Decor, Inflatable Decor, UV Decor, Gazebos, Space Heaters, Trussing, Effect Machines, Stage Riser & DJ Equipment.

Discounts?

10% off for all hires for all facebook members, 20% off all hires for returning clients & friends, 30% off all hires for regular clients (5 hires or more), 50% off all hires for Family

* Hire must be over $150 (excluding traveling, set up/pack up & overtime fees)

* To be entitled to a discount, the total amount must be paid via bank transfer prior to the hire

Public Holidays?

All hires/event production is an additional 50% on all Public Holidays

If receiving a discount the cost will be i.e Total Plan Price = $200 x 50% = $300 with a 10% discount = $270 in total for the public holiday

* Public Holidays fee’s don’t apply to any traveling fees & or overtime fees

Last Minute Hires?

15% surcharge on the total amount for all hires booked within 48 hours of the hire pick up or drop off time.

Overtime Fees?

$50 an Hour after 3 Hours for any type of event production or event speaker plan.

Multi Day Hire?

24-48 hours the price is a additional 50% then for 48 hours-1 week hire the price is a additional 50% i.e 1 day = $50 – 2 days = $75 – 1 week = $100

* Public Holidays may affect the cost of the Multi Day Hire

Traveling Fees?

$0.60 per 1 km driven, all clients who spend over $150 (excluding traveling & overtime fees) within 15km of Marsden Park recieve free delivery & pick up.

Set Up & Pack Up Fees?

$40 for set up & pack up at our preferred time or $80 for set up & pack up at the clients preferred time.

Bond?

$50 bond required for all dry hires via mastercard debit/credit or visa debit/credit. (larger hires may require a larger bond)

Damages/Non Returned Items?

All damages & non returned items must be paid for at full retail price.

Strobe Light Danger & Safety?

If anyone who is attending your event has epilepsy, we will need to be notified not to use/hire our strobe as it can trigger an epileptic fit.

If hiring a strobe we recommend leaving it on for a max of 5 – 30 seconds & only turning it back on every 5-10 minutes.

Backup Equipment?

Using reliable equipment with experience is the best way to ensure there’s no let downs during an event, all equipment is maintained and checked regularly

Extra Leads & Powerboards etc


Payments?

All deposits must be paid prior to the hire, full payment must be paid once hire has delivered or picked up by the client.

Payment Options?

We accept the following: mastercard debit/credit, visa debit/credit, bank transfers & cash on delivery.

Refund Policy?

In order to guarantee the availability of the equipment the hirer has inquired on a specific date, Dance Party Hire will require the full amount at the time of booking. Once a booking and the deposit amount has been made this payment is non refundable due to an order cancellation by the customer if a customer would like to review or amend a booking they must email Dance Party Hire, amendments are subject to availability. In accepting the terms and conditions on the booking page, the customer understands that they must have the required identification documents to hire equipment from Dance Party Hire. A refund will not be offered if a customer fails to comply with the identification terms and conditions when picking up or receiving hire equipment. Any losses or damages to equipment will be invoiced to the hirer. In the unlikely event that goods provided for the hire period are faulty, Dance Party Hire will need to inspect the item/s upon return to find the cause of the fault. If the fault is not related to the use or damaged caused by the customer, the customer will receive a refund for the hire cost of the faulty component/s only. In some cases Dance Party Hire will offer a larger refund than the individual cost of the hire component/s.


Deliver, Set Up & Pack up times?

We deliver/set up 1-48 Hours before your event time starts.

It takes us around 10 min to 3 hours to pack up after your event time.

* Large custom hires/production may be charged for set up/pack up time

Does the Mobile DJ Plan include a Mobile DJ?

The Mobile DJ Plan includes a experienced Mobile DJ which is the owner of Dance Party Hire.
